Approach to the patient during the provision of health care is the main theme that makes the difference in terms of Compliance with the Law while being handled in terms of Health Law. Because thinking for the benefit of the patient does not mean thinking instead of the patient, obtaining patient consent in medical interventions is possible with approach and communication skills. The patient`s trust in the physician gains synergy with patient satisfaction. In this context, the health care provided to the patient should be in a team work. Forms, medical documents and procedures used for the proof of the actions determine the legal quality between physician and patient. In addition to the medical intervention to be performed by the orthopedist specialized in the field of traumatology, documenting the existing medical condition will also contribute to the competition of rights for the victim and perpetrator because of its `Forensic Case` nature. In this article, the approach to the patient with multiple aspects will be discussed with the aspect of Health Law.
