In this article, reduction and fixation through Kocher- Langenbeck approach, which is the most commonly used incision in the treatment of acetabular fractures in daily practice, injury site to be examined and vital structures to be avoided, as well as the merits and demerits of prone and lateral decubitus position during surgery and reduction maneuvers and fixation techniques were discussed.
