Non-idiopathic (sydromic) pes equinovarus deformity is one of the most resistant and difficult-to-treat congenital foot deformities seen in orthopaedic practice. Nonidiopathic deformities can be a part of a syndrome as well as neurological-neuromuscular diseases. The treatment of this deformity may differ from the idiopathic ones.
