Wrist trauma and injury cases have become more common in orthopedics and traumatology, leading also increased frequency cases in medicolegal field. In our article, we aimed to prevent possible legal disputes that may develop, in other words, apply the concept of protective law, by focusing on the cases of wrist fractures reflected in the judiciary and emphasizing the attention and care obligation of the orthopedic and traumatology surgeons in the diagnosis and treatment.
