Therefore, the frequency of total hip arthroplasty revisions in many centers today reaches to a level almost equal to primary total hip arthroplasty operations. Therefore, this article will provide information on techniques of removing the femoral component, and implanting a new femoral component with adequate stability on the remaining femur.
