Dupuytren`s disease is a fibroproliferative disease of the palmar aponeurosis of the hand. Contracture in the palmar aponeurosis and loss of extension in the fingers at the end of the fibroproliferative process is called Dupuytren`s contracture. Its pathophysiology and etiology have not been fully elucidated. Basically, fasciectomy or fasciotomy is performed in surgery. Percutaneous needle aponeurotomy is one of the most popular treatment methods in recent times, with fewer side effects and a quick return to work profile. The disadvantage is the early recurrence of the disease. However, patients often prefer the same method for re-intervention.
