Carpal instabilities, one of the most common wrist pathologies; has symptoms such as pain and functional limitation. These pathologies, which were difficult to diagnose before, were treated with open approaches. Advances in wrist arthroscopy have led to the beginning of a new era in the diagnosis and treatment of this pathology. These intra-articular pathologies have now been understood in more detail and less invasive treatment methods have been defined. All these developments have led to very positive clinical results in the course of instabilities.
