Soft tissue sarcomas are rare and heterogeneous tumors. They can manifest as high-grade and rapidly growing masses in patients. In cases of soft tissue sarcomas with low-grade histology, patients can present with a long-term, slow-growing progressive lesion. Over the past ten years, advancements in basic sciences have increased the number of various pathological markers in diagnosing tumor subtypes. However, the identification of different subtypes still poses challenges. Orthopedic oncology has made significant progress with implementing a multidisciplinary approach and advancements in chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Early diagnosis of these rare tumors thanks to increased awareness among clinicians will positively impact reatment outcomes. Inadequate treatments, often encountered in this unique patient population, can complicate subsequent surgical interventions for orthopedic oncologists. This section aimed to present various soft tissue sarcoma cases of our country`s leading orthopedic oncologists and share their valuable knowledge and experience. Case examples are demonstrated based on different anatomic localizations.
