Mass injuries are situations where multiple casualties need treatment at the same time. The most important problem of health service delivery during mass injuries is the need for the most effective use of material and human resources, which are mostly limited at first. One of the most important problems in such intense working times is to ensure healthy communication of the personnel. Past experience has shown that the use of social communication networks for this purpose is beneficial. Collaborative relationships of multiple clinics in settings with mass injuries can provide a useful model. For this purpose, in the centers that will work as referral centers, it will be beneficial to prepare hospital disaster plans in advance and to support these plans with repetitive education and drills.
