Primary malignant tumours of bone are substantially rare malignancies among all primary sites and most common subtypes, with decreasing order, are osteosarcoma, chondrosarcoma and Ewing sarcoma. In this review, especially role of radiotherapy and general information about how to apply this modality as well as overview to whole treatment approach are summarised in the light of literature.
