At the moment, it is very difficult to know what its effects will be and to predict in which areas it will develop further. To the extent that we can understand and develop AI, we can determine its future. In the following review article, the effects and application areas related to medicine, one of the most important areas that artificial intelligence will transform today, will be explained with general information and examples. In addition, the risks that artificial intelligence applications may bring, especially in the field of health, will be discussed.
