Uniapical tibial deformities are characterized as deformities that have single apex in either coronal or sagittal plane. Although frequency of the acquired deformities has been diminished according to developments in diagnostic tools and treatment methods, insufficiency or inappropriate treatment of lower extremity fractures leads deformity. With improvement of the technology, there are many treatment options and implants aimed to correct the deformity. Each treatment methods have advantages and disadvantages compared to each other which prevents the determination of exact algorithm for treatment. On the other hand, each of these methods could be used merely or combined with the other one. Ideal treatment option should be chosen according to the perfect preoperative radiological planning and patient`s physical examination and congruence. In this review, treatment options and planning for the uniapical tibial deformities was considered based on updated literature.
