Nerve entrapments are one of the main topics of peripheral nerve surgery. They are common in daily practise, so their surgical treatment is also very common. Minimal invasive techniques are developed, because longitudinal release is needed at the trace of the effected nerve. In this section, endoscopic release of carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, radial tunnel, tarsal tunnel, brachial plexus and sciatic nerve are mentioned, respectively.
