Although medial epicondylitis is not as common as lateral epicondylitis, it is one of the important causes of elbow pain. Medial epicondylitis usually occurs due to repetitive movements that cause valgus stress in the elbow. The structure affects the flexor muscle group, especially the pronator teres muscle. The first-line treatment is conservative and conservative treatment is successful in most patients. Surgical treatment should be considered when conservative treatment failed. Although open surgery is performed in patients, endoscopy- assisted minimally invasive surgery can be preferred. In this article, we aimed to present endoscopy-assisted surgery.
