Despite advances in technology and progresses in imaging methods, plain radiography remains as a useful tool in radiological evaluation of pediatric hip. Within the purpose of adopting a common discourse, numerous radiological parameters have been introduced for the radiological evaluation of adult and pediatric hip including many anatomical and radiological differences. In this review, current common radiological evaluation parameters of pediatric hip radiography were summarized.
